Ceramic structured packing is a tower packing arranged as uniform geometric figures and regular piled up in tower.The structured packing is mainly used for replacing random packing in tower which is large in resistance,small in specific surface area,low in mass transfer efficiency and easy to break etc.It fixes the gas-liquid flow path,improves the channelling performance,wall flowing performance and wetting property and reduce the resistance while providing more gas liquid contact area to further increase the mass transfer and heat transfer effects.It can be widely applied to coal gas washing tower,coking and washing tower,benzene and ammonia washing tower,saturation tower of fertilizer hot gas,sulphuric acid removal tower,sulphuric acid drying tower and absorption tower etc.Ceramic corrugated structured packing,formed by many units and fluted sheets with the same geometric shapes overlapped in parallel,is composed of hard ceramic and the main components there of are produced by clay,quartz and feldspar etc.through special backing.
