Porcelain clay filter material
ceramic filter material system,featured with hard surface,porous interior,large specific surface area and large porosity etc.,is produced by milling,sieving,shaping and calcining high-quality pottery clay mixed with pore-forming agent and solubilizer.Under the same conditions,the water yield of ceramic filter media and back-flushing water consumption can be saved by more than 35-50% compared with that of quartz sand filter media.In addition,ceramic filter media,with high filtration rate and long regeneration period,can be applied as filter material in slow filter,rapid filter,single-layer filter and multilayer filter to process city tap water,industrial water or wastewater.It can be also used as microbial carrier to form bio-filter.It is the best special filter material for removing organic ammonia,nitrite and phosphorus substances in water.
